倡导绿色环保、 电缆材料再利用

　    记得两年前，中国电工技术学会电线电缆专业委员会学术年会召开，电线电缆工业提出以"资源节约型、环境友好型、为社会做贡献"为主题，从循环经济、节能降耗、绿色产品设计等角度展开了论证。通过企业两年来自身努力，在资源节约方面取得了一定的成效，低烟无卤环保型电缆得到大量应用，但是以后要走的路还漫长。

　　我们要着眼于技术创新多关注原材料的可持续利用，减少环境污染，才能有效提高资源的利用率、降低成本；使得我国再生资源回收利用良性发展，促进低碳经济发展。可以预言，哪个企业在这方面做得好，成为电线电缆行业的领跑者将指日可待。

　　提倡"绿色生产"的理念，绿色理念不但根植于广大企业家的头脑中，也付诸到了行动中，严格绿色生产标准，把绿色、环保、安全的理念融入产品研发、生产、营销的各个环节之中去；资源是有限的，也要发展循环经济为建设节约型社会做出贡献。

　　电线电缆工业中，全世界每年在生产过程中产生的废弃物即有500万吨。还有长期存放的电缆产品，堆放数量的10%会被变成废弃物，这不仅对环境造成污染，而且极大地浪费了自然资源。人类曾经引以为豪的高速增长的GDP，也因环境污染、气候变化而"大打折扣"，各国曾呼唤"绿色GDP"的发展模式和统计方式，目前电缆输送机、电缆材料的再生利用如铜、铝的再生利用率达95%以上，聚氯乙烯和聚乙烯的再利用率仅为3%。
